T48: Centennial Suffrage Celebration

Centennial Suffrage Celebration – On the date of this year’s Primary Election, 100 years ago, this nation ratified an amendment, declaring the right to vote could not be denied on the basis of sex.  CFAWL will be celebrating the Centennial of Women’s Suffrage with an inclusive happy hour!  To honor the suffragettes of our past, wear the colors of the suffrage movement (purple, white, or gold) and your Suffragette Sash and join us to toast this monumental day with a signature cocktail/temperance mocktail.  We know many members and friends will have other commitments the evening of election night, please feel free to zoom in from your computer or cell phone at any point during the evening to raise a glass.
