Meranda Landes

FAWL Representative
Meranda Landes is a Civil Trial Attorney at America’s Largest Personal Injury Firm, Morgan & Morgan.  Meranda is originally from Land O’ Lakes, Florida, and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida, becoming the first person in her family to graduate from college. Subsequently, she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from FAMU College of Law while working full time.  She has served on the board of directors for Pace Center for Girls, Orange, and on the advisory board for Central Florida Urban League Community Policing Forum sponsored by the Office of the Attorney General. She currently is a Guardian ad Litem with the Orange County Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors for Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Meranda is a 2021 graduate of Orlando Economic Partnership’s Political Leadership Institute.  In 2020, she was awarded the Daniel J. Newlin Service Award for her commitment to the community. In her limited spare time, she is training for her first marathon in NYC, spending time with her dalmation, watching re-runs of the Golden Girls, and reading.
