As an attorney with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, Celia focuses her practice on real estate, land use, and local government law. She is Board Certified in City, County, and Local Government law. Although born and raised in Kissimmee, Celia moved to North Carolina to attend Wake Forest University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science. Celia returned to Florida to attend law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she graduated with honors. Celia is an active member of the legal community serving on board of directors for various organizations including the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association, The Florida Bar Board of Governors Young Lawyers Division, and The Florida Bar Mental Health & Wellness of Florida Lawyers Committee. She is a past president of the Osceola County Bar Association and currently serves as Treasurer for the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
